Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of Sponsor may be excluded from eligibility at Sponsor's discretion.

Begins when this giveaway page is published and ends on the official SmōkHaus launch day (the "Promotion Period"). The exact launch date is determined by Sponsor and may be announced via email or the SmōkHaus website.

• Follow on Instagram: Follow SmōkHaus on Instagram during the Promotion Period. Please ensure your name is visible on your Instagram account. This yields one (1) entry.
• Follow on Facebook: Follow SmōkHaus on Facebook prior to the official store launch. This yields one (1) additional entry.
• Favorites email entry: Send one email to info@smokhauscigars.com with the subject line "YC-88 Entry" and include your top five cigars. This yields one (1) entry. Limit one favorites entry per person. It is highly recommended to include your Instagram and Facebook profile to ensure entries are matched appropriately.

Entry Limits

Sponsor may limit entries per person, per email address, per household, or per order to prevent abuse and maintain fairness. Sponsor may disqualify entries that appear automated, fraudulent, duplicated, or inconsistent with the intent of this promotion.

No Purchase Necessary

A purchase does not increase the odds of winning beyond the specific entry amounts described above. Free entry is always available through the email list signup method.

Winner Selection & Notification

One potential winner will be selected on the official SmōkHaus launch day from eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor will manually review the potential winner's eligibility prior to confirmation. The potential winner will be notified via the email address used to enter and must respond within a reasonable timeframe specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner is deemed ineligible, does not respond, or fails verification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Shipping

Sponsor will ship the prize to a valid US address provided by the confirmed winner. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays outside Sponsor's control.

Publicity

Winner may be asked to grant permission for Sponsor to use winner's first name, city, and state for winner announcement. Permission is optional unless required by applicable law.

Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any claim arising from participation or receipt or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy
